The perfect companion for vibrating plate transport

The procedure for transporting a vibrating plate is not as simple as you might think. Temperature, fill level, weight and, of course, securing the load are subject to strict regulations. To make transporting a vibrating plate easier and more efficient for both commercial and private users, Humbaur GmbH from Gersthofen presents its new vibrating plate transporter.

Loading and transporting a vibrating plate involves considerable effort, even over short distances. For short distances, a transport trolley can do the job. But what about longer distances? We have the perfect answer with our Humbaur HA 751612.

The flatbed trailer has all the features needed to transport the vibrating plate to the jobsite in the best possible way. Thanks to the double-acting cylinders, the trailer can be tilted by 17°, allowing a minimum drive-on angle with the robust steel bridge. The vibrating plate is not loaded with external machines due to the removable cable winch. This means that vibrating plates weighing up to 500 kg can be loaded effortlessly on their own. If the machine is loaded on the HA 751612, nine tie-down brackets guarantee the necessary standard for securing the load – four tie-down brackets with 800 kg tensile force on each side and a further tie-down bracket on the front. It is no longer possible for the vibratory rammer to slip or tip over.

The 750 kg trailer was extensively tested in various practical trials in co-operation with a local construction machinery dealer and rental company before being offered by Humbaur GmbH. The result is a very stable transport solution with a variety of additional features that make loading construction machinery a breeze. Another advantage is the open trailer. The free loading height means that no parts like the guide bracket need to be removed.
